Out and About Friday 11th November

We have 43 relief chefs currently out working in Scotland and England

We have more permanent jobs being registered this week.

If you are looking for a chef for over the Festive period we are suggesting a 50% chance of getting someone, we would advise registering this as soon as possible.

We are offering a full service for permanent recruitment.

Paul Sim is enjoying his time at Marcliffe Hotel, Aberdeen

Richard Gunn is at Kastille in Turriff

Colin Carberry has been extended at Banff Springs

James Johnston and Stuart Agnew are at The Great Western Hotel in Oban

Michelle Kelly is at Mill House in Buckie

Kieran Toner and Lewis Frances are at Armathwaite Hall Hotel and Spa

We still have a great number of chefs out – 60!! 12 up on last year.

A few confirmed jobs for the week.

The work coming in is very patchy and we will try our best to get our well known chefs out 1st when the jobs do come in.

Gav Winder is still happily working over at The Collingwood Arms in Cornhill on Tweed he started there mid-June – thank you 😊

Ross Hunter has just finished over in Harris at Hotel Hebrides taking a well-earned rest

Andrew Engledow is at Inchture Hotel, Perthshire for a couple of weeks

Roger Brown is still at The Oyster Inn, Connell

Michele Lorusso at Cawdor Tavern

Stuart Urquhart at The Royal Oak, Cullen

Paul Callan has now finished at The Mercure Inverness, they have managed to source permanent staff

Gareth Evans at fife Arms in Braemar working to the end of the year

Lukas Kommy at Alexandra Hotel in Fort William

Maciej Resinski at The Tontine Hotel in Greenock where Mark Wilkinson and Ciaran Clarke are both still working

Patrick Johnstone is coming to an end at The Anchor Hotel in Johnshaven he has been there since the beginning of August

Kevin Kirk, James Finlaysons cousin is still at the Nevis Bank Inn and all good feed back 😊

Gary Delaney also still at the Loch Rannoch Hotel in Perthshire

We still have 65 relief chefs out working, with 11 jobs confirmed for the week so far.

Out and About Friday 7th October

We still have 69 relief chefs out working this is up on last year by 16 chefs, we also have had a few chefs take permanent jobs through being on relief which is fab 😊

If you want to take us up on the offer of £25 + VAT off any advert make sure you quote “OCTOFFER” when registering your job.

I have just spoke to a lovely gentleman called John who popped in to buy one of our lovely gift packs of Lowland Ale for his brother in law, he was travelling down from the Highlands after staying at The Scourie Hotel where he spent 10 days fishing, he did comment of the food being great and I was pleased to let him know that we supplied the chef there who finished of the season for them, Graeme Anderson thank you and well done 😊
