Working in our Family Restaurant, Cruize you will manage our team and work with our Head Chef to deliver both an awesome guest and employee experience.

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who is used to a high volume, fast paced environment and knows how to maintain this standard as well as delivering an Awesome experience to our Guests.

You are someone able to spot potential in our team members and lead and develop them to achieve this, whilst delivering a incredibly high quality, unique and passionate service to our guests.

You will drive and continuously improve service standards within the restaurant whilst assisting with maximising revenue opportunities.

As Restaurant Manager you will currently be in a similar role within a 4/5 star hotel or high quality restaurant brand, someone who is potentially looking for their next step up within their career.
