Job description:

Brassica is a brand new restaurant which is opening at the end of January 2018.

It is a completely new building with a brand new kitchen in place which is induction and has all of the top of the line gadgets. This is an exciting new venture with plans to become a branded operation with Dundee City Centre being the flagship restaurant.

We are looking for a bar manager to join the team. We are having our own cocktails designed for us so some background in mixology would be desired although not essential.

We need someone who has good product knowledge as we will be using lots of local spirits and ideally you will have experience of working in a high volume establishment.

The position would be available from the 15th January for the right candidate.
