Salary:negotiable depending on experience paid monthly plus tips
Hours:39 hours or part time
Days:5 out of 7 mixture of shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Food type:Modern British over A La carte and Table D'Hote menu.

Accommodation:Yes if required - own room in staff house - shared facilities - £174 per month
Job description:

We are looking to recruit a permanent Restaurant Supervisor within our very busy family run hotel.  You will be required to work closely with our Restaurant manager in the running of a busy restaurant and work together to take the restaurant forward, provide excellent service and take responsibility in the absence of the manager.

The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role or would be the perfect opportunity for an experienced and motivated waiter/waitress to take the next step to supervisory level. Must be 18+ due to licensing laws, you must possess high standards of customer service with a positive and friendly attitude.

This is a full time position and requires flexibility as you will be required to work early mornings breakfasts, evenings, weekends,  and bank holidays.
