Salary:Salary Range £18,000 to £20,000 per annum dependant on experience
Hours:Full time
Days:5 out of 7 mixture of shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Food type:Modern British over A La carte and Table D'Hote menu.

Accommodation:Yes if required - own room in staff house - shared facilities - £174 per month
Job description:

We are looking to recruit a permanent Junior Assistant Manager to assist overseeing the running of a very busy family run hotel. This role is very “hands-on” and will include a variety of tasks in all areas of the hotel.

The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role or supervisory role, clear effective communication and a positive and friendly leadership style to develop and motivate staff by having a “lead by example” attitude.

The successful candidate should be looking to progress their career within Food and Beverage and be aiming for a Food and Beverage Manager role in the foreseeable future.

This is a full time position and requires flexibility as you will be required to work evenings, weekends, late nights and bank holidays.

The Cairndale Hotel has 91 bedrooms and extensive Food and Beverage areas. We have also recently been awarded Investors in People for the 19th year along with the coveted Gold Award.
