Salary:Salary Range £20,000 to £25,000 per annum dependant on experience
Hours:Full time
Days:5 out of 7 days on a rota basis covering Early and Late shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Food type:Modern British over A La carte and Table D'Hote menu.

Accommodation:Yes if required - own room in staff house - shared facilities - £174 per month
Job description:

We are looking to recruit a friendly, driven and professional Food and Beverage Manager with experience to oversee our extensive Food and Beverage Operation including our Reivers A La Carte Restaurant, Sawneys Beans Restaurant, 5 Bars and extensive Banqueting Facilities within our 91 bedroomed family run hotel.

The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role or a Head of Department role, clear effective communication and a positive and friendly leadership style to develop and motivate staff by having a “lead by example” attitude. This role is a hands on, full time and permanent role, which would require the successful candidate to be completely committed both to their time management, dedication to our continual staff enhancement and running their own department but also overall quality of our product and services. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of management within a Hotel environment.

Reivers Restaurant offers both an A La Carte and Table D’Hote menu and is currently open 7 days a week. Our Park House Suite caters for up to 300 for a conference and 250 for Dinner.
