Job description:

Assistant Restaurant Manager - Fine Dining
The Tolbooth is situated on the harbour wall in Stonehaven, we take advantage of this beautiful location and use fresh seafood landed in the harbour, and surrounding areas.
We have recently employed a new head chef with a Michelin/3 rosette background so it is an exciting time at the restaurant.

We require someone with good experience in quality restaurants to help run this small 50 cover fine dining restaurant.
You need to have a professional and friendly approach, excellent communication skills, and experience of working in rosette standard restaurants.
This job requires a hands on approach and you will be required to lead a small front of house team, ensuring the standards of service expected by our customers are upheld.

We are offering a £30,000 per annum package for the right candidate.
