A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE OVER A FULL TENANCY OF THIS HISTORIC 300 YEAR OLD INN.


The Aberdeen Arms is a family owned and run small six bedroom hotel on Deeside, 32 miles from Aberdeen and with a population of approximately 600 people.

We are looking to lease the hotel to either a couple or a sole trader, who would ideally be be a chef, to take over the day to day running of the hotel including the rooms.

Tarland is a quiet village, best known for Cycling trails and the relative closeness to Royal Deeside and well known musicians who play in the hotel weekly.

This might suit a couple or someone with a small team who can take over all aspects of the running of a hotel including kitchen, bar, front of house and the letting of the rooms.

There is scope to develop and upgrade the business.

Initially, the lease would be for one year with either party giving three months' notice.

This can start as early as late March 2026.
