| Job description: | Chefs In Scotland is recruiting for a 5 star luxury country house hotel situated in the highlands, 1 hour north of Inverness, in a small town with beautiful beaches and scenery. Looking for a head chef who can produce a high-end menu using the finest produce that the area has to offer including fresh seafood and game. 2020 sees the introduction of a more relaxed level of comfortable luxury at the hotel. The ideal candidate will have a good rosette background and experience in working in luxury hotels all over the world including Scotland. As head chef you will be working closely with the restaurant manager and lead the kitchen team to deliver the entire restaurant experience. You must have good communication skills as you will be responsible for staff training and development. You will be responsible for all health and safety and hygiene aspects as well as all the relevant paper work, rotas, menus planning and stock control. This will be an exciting challenge for any chef who is looking to progress and develop in their career in the coming years. This position is available from the beginning of December and closing date for applications is 8th November. |
