Job description: | This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced head chef to manage and run a busy lunch time kitchen for a Restaurant & Bar located in the beautiful ski resort of Meribel in the French Alps. As the only business in the resort open year-round this is a unique opportunity to develop your career overseas in an incredible part of the world. As Head Chef you will be expected to lead a team of four turning out 100+ covers on a daily basis from our lunch time à la carte menu. The right candidate must be experienced working in fast paced, high volume restaurants serving freshly made dishes to a consistently high standard while also handling all the other aspects of kitchen management such as hygiene, ordering and staff. This is a long-term position and would suit someone with a love of the outdoors looking for a new and exciting lifestyle with an interest in developing their career alongside our growing business.
