Salary:Salary to £30,000 negotiable
Duration:Permanent
Hours:40 to 45 per week
Days:5 days out of 7 shut two days per week and possibly 3 in the winter
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:6
Covers:Lunch: 24; Dinner: 24; Breakfast: 12 the owner will cook; Functions: none at the moment
Food type:Modern British - lots of local Scottish produce
Full-time chefs:1 plus help from owner and when busy
Accommodation:2 bedroom flat is available to discuss at interview stage
Job description:

Barley Bree in Perthshire is looking for a Head Chef.

This will suit either an existing head chef or a sous chef looking to move up.

Cooking quality food, ideally you will have classical background and AA Rosette level experience.

The owner will continue to do the breakfasts and you will cook lunch and dinners for quite small numbers, on your own and with help when needed.

This may suit a couple as there is work and accommodation potentially available.
