Job description: | I am looking for a strong stable head chef to join this team, at an award winning North West Scottish Hotel. The hotel has 16 bedrooms. You will have a strong AA Rosette background, you will be in charge of the day to running of the kitchen including ordering, stock control, rotas, training junior members, all aspects of health, safety and hygiene. The position is available from around beginning of April for the right candidate |
