| Job description: | Roam West is a 12 bedroom Lodge with a separate bar/restaurant situated in Inchree between Glencoe and Fort William. We are looking for an energetic individual to join our new venture opening on 1st October. As head chef you will be in control of the day to day running of the kitchen - menu planning, ordering and sourcing local suppliers, building a team of chef (3 plus a kitchen porter) health, safety and hygiene. A great opportunity to put your own stamp and make a good name for yourself.
