Job description: | Saucy Mary's is a bar and restaurant situated on the Isle of Skye. It is attached to a 3* hostel and lodges. We are looking for a head chef to join our team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the kitchen, ordering, rotas, menus, stock control, HACCP. We are looking for someone who is reliable and hard working. The Isle of Skye is a beautiful place to live and work and there is plenty to do during time off and a great place to spend the summer season. Position is available from the beginning of May to end October but may be permanent for the right candidate |
