Head Chef, The Esslemont, Grampian

The Esslemont Bar & Restaurant located at the top of Union Street are looking to recruit a passionate Head Chef to join our team
We are inviting applications from experienced, professional and ambitious candidates to join us in this fantastic opportunity that can manage a high-volume operation and its team.

Responsibilities would include:
-Being innovative and committed with a passion for food, ingredients and customer satisfaction.
-Maintaining high quality and consistency with a positive professional attitude
-Managing and running the kitchen and your team
-Having excellent organisation skills
-Team leader but also a team player
-Being able to create imaginative seasonal menus using local fresh produce
-Work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
-Health & Safety management
-Full responsibility of HACCP
-Ordering, receiving, storing, controlling & counting of all food stock
