| Job description: | We are a small but quirky village pub in the centre of Ancrum. We have a 20-seat restaurant open for evening meals Wed-Fri, and open all day Sat & Sun. We have a glorious Beer Garden and an outside seating area at the front of the Pub as well. We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team, you will be in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen - ordering, stock control, menu planning and HACCP. This position is available from the 1st September |
