Food type:up to 3AA Rosette Head plus traditional 4 Star Hotels
Full-time chefs:usually 6 to 12

Job description:

My name is Ruth Hosain and I am the CIS Associate who will be placing the most Top End Head Chefs in Scotland and the North of England in the coming years.
