Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Covers:Dinner: 44 all day dining

Job description:

We are looking for a head chef for our brand new café bar deli located in Fortrose on the Black Isle.

This will be a brand new dining experience for the Scottish highlands.

Our intention is that IV10 will become a vibrant hub of the community and a go to destination for visitors to the Black Isle.

With the vision to make quality food accessible to everyone in a relaxed, casual environment. We aim to offer responsibly sourced, uncomplicated food and drink, made with love and respect.

The head chef will have total support of the owner and work within a great supportive team.

This is a great opportunity for either a sous chef looking to progress or an established head chef looking for a new challenge. The right candidate will help shape the menu and will be able to put their stamp on this exciting project.
