Job description:

Chefs In Scotland is recruiting a head chef for a busy, well established family run hotel situated in Edinburgh.

We are looking for a head chef who can lead our existing team and have responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen including health and safety, hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen, staff training and management and ordering and stock control.

Very friendly team in place and we have a leisure club onsite and staff have access to discounted membership.

We are looking for someone who has good quality experience and ideally experience with volume but would consider a good sous chef who is looking to take a next step up.

This position is available now for the right person but happy to wait for the right candidate.
