Days:5 - split shifts

Covers:Lunch: 20; Dinner: 30-40 (weekends); Breakfast: 12

Full-time chefs:1 plus kitchen porters (there is help to cover days off)
Job description:

The Grampian Hotel is a small family run hotel situated in Keith, situated 50 miles from Aberdeen and 55 miles from Inverness.

We are looking for a sole chef to join our stable and friendly team.

As sole chef you will take over the day-to-day running of the kitchen including stock control, health, safety and hygiene and ordering.
