Salary:up to £32,000 per annum paid 4 weekly, plus tips Time back for any extra days worked
Hours:39 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 - shifts for you to organise
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Covers:Lunch: to 20; Dinner: 40 - 80; Breakfast: to 140; Functions: 3 meeting rooms and very occasional wedding for up to 100
Food type:Standard A la Carte menu - Table d'hote and specials with a twist
Full-time chefs:3 chefs plus an apprentice chef and kitchen porters
Accommodation:Accommodation is available - En suite room in the hotel - TV and wifi available - meals on duty - part of package
Job description:

The Holiday Inn is a 71 bedroom 3 star hotel situated in Dumfries on the Crichton Campus.

We are looking for a Head Chef or a Sous Chef looking for their first Head chef role.

Joining a Multi brand Company.

You will be in charge of the day to day running for the kitchen - rotas, ordering, stock control, health and hygiene, creating menus for table d'hote and daily specials.

You must have a basic hygiene certificate and have a stable work history.
