Job description: | The Holiday Inn is a 71 bedroom 3 star hotel situated in Dumfries on the Crichton Campus. We are looking for a Head Chef or a Sous Chef looking for their first Head chef role. Joining a Multi brand Company. You will be in charge of the day to day running for the kitchen - rotas, ordering, stock control, health and hygiene, creating menus for table d'hote and daily specials. A great opportunity for career progression. You must have a basic hygiene certificate and have a stable work history. You will get a uniform provided and get discounts/rates on all other hotels worldwide. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
