Days:5 days out of 7 - mixture of shifts

Full-time chefs:2 plus 2 kitchen porters
Accommodation:Shared Flat (own bedroom) part of package - tv and wifi available
Job description:

We are a small locally owned and run Hotel with a lively bistro type bar, we cater for guests and also walk ins and group bookings.

We currently have a basic menu and ideally would be looking for someone who could put their own flair onto the menu and maintain our 4* status.

Although the position is permanent our trade is seasonal with the winter months being quite quiet so some solo working would apply.
