Job description:

We are now looking for an experienced Head Chef to work within the Riverside Hotel.

The ideal chef will have a passion for fresh produce & work well within a small team. Experience of working in a three-star hotel restaurant environment would be beneficial.

As Head Chef you will be responsible for the daily operation of the kitchen which includes a 90-cover Riverview Restaurant & Tannery Bistro.

With a focus on fresh, seasonal produce, sourced locally where possible, we are looking for a chef who is as passionate about food quality as we are.

As Head Chef you will have a good knowledge of food preparation & presentation, menu development, allergens & be a great team player who thrives under pressure.

You will be responsible for working alongside a small & talented team ensuring they are motivated.

You will have a sound knowledge of kitchen management including ordering, meeting deadlines & financial targets as well as a thorough understanding of food safety & hygiene regulations.
