Salary:£30,000 negotiable depending on experience paid monthly plus tips.

Days:Possible 4 days a week depending on business.

Job description:

The Feast by Ballintaggart is a high-end, luxury catering company.

We serve everything from private dinners for two t up to 150 covers and everything in between. This is not mass catering just very good quality, local produce done well.

We are currently looking for a head chef to join this family owned business to work directly with our full-time hotel manager. Ideally you will have good quality experience as well as experience of volume and bespoke catering.

This a flexible position as some weeks may be fewer days according to the demands of the business.
