Salary: | £35,000 per annum plus £4000 Gross Profit bonus payable with a GP margin over 70%. There is also a profit share scheme up to an extra £4000 per annum. |

Job description: | We are looking for an energetic and passionate head chef for a recently taken over hotel on Orkney. The ideal candidate will have experience at head chef level and implementing their own menus, building a team and the ability to control the budget of the kitchen. The head chef will create and build their own menu and team to bring the hotel up to the next level over time. Orkney is a beautiful place to live and was voted the 2nd most desirable place to live in the UK. Orkney is a very community based set of islands and it is the ideal place to bring up a family. Would suit a couple. The position is available immediately for the right candidate. |
