Job description:

The Grampian Hotel is a small family run hotel situated in Keith, situated 50 miles from Aberdeen and 55 miles from Inverness.

We are looking for a reliable sole chef to join our stable and friendly team.

As sole chef you will take over the day-to-day running of the kitchen including stock control, health, safety and hygiene and ordering.

Working mainly on your own with a kitchen porter at the weekend when busy.

This position is available from the beginning of November for the right candidate.
