Job description:

Cressfield Country House is a charming country hotel with comfortable accommodation, a self - catering cottage and extensive function suite, set in over 2 acres of private secluded grounds in picturesque Dumfriesshire, South West Scotland.

We are situated just 20 minutes from Gretna Green.

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced head chef.

You will be in charge of the day to day running of this busy kitchen (ordering, stock control, rotas, menu planning and health, safety & hygiene).
