Job description:

We're looking for a talented and passionate head chef to lead our team in our Merchant City restaurant.
Cup and Gin 71 have established themselves as market leaders in the Glasgow Hospitality market. We are focussed on great service and building a team that supports and respects each other.
Cup Tea Room in Merchant City is a vibrant tea room and lunch destination. Busy all year round with al fresco seating. In October 2016 we launched Gin71 Merchant City with a botanically inspired dining experience.
Here at Gin 71 we are all about work-life balance (It's true!) being a 7 day a week operation flexibility for this role is key, working 5 days out of 7.
Applicants without their own transport must ensure they are able to commit to the operating times of the business and ensure they are able to travel within these hours.
