Job description:

The Look Out is a brand new restaurant on the Knoydart peninsular accessible by boat from Mallaig. We are a very busy restaurant although remote. This is a great chance to put this small unique new restaurant on the map.

We are looking for a head chef who can take control of the day-to-day running of the kitchen including health, safety and hygiene, stock control, portion control and all the relevant paper work.

Situated near the famous Old Forge Pub which is the UK’s remotest pub. We have an abundance of fresh seafood which we want to make the most of.

Excellent opportunity for a good sous chef to step up and progress in their career.

Knoydart has spectacular mountains and seascapes fantastic for lovers of the hills and outdoors also a fantastic place to spend the summer season and save money.
