Job description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a chef to take over the day to day running of the Torfin.

A Head chef is required for busy family run bar and restaurant in Edinburgh.

The Torfin based in Corstorphine just outside the centre of Edinburgh.

We are looking for a head chef to help grow the business with possible ownership percentage in the future for the right candidate.

You will be in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen. Ordering, stock control, rotas, menu planning, health, Safety and Hygiene.

Lots of scope for independence and growth in this business.

May suit a couple.

We may be able to help to find accommodation also.

Good basic wage, plus overtime and a bonus scheme.
