Job description: | The Western Club is a contemporary yet classic restaurant situated on Royal Exchange Square in the city centre of Glasgow. We are looking for a head chef to join our team. You will have full reign over the kitchen and will be in charge of the day-to-day running of the kitchen including health and safety and hygiene, stock control, menus, rotas and ordering. Looking for someone with a creative flare who is looking to progress in their career. Great opportunity for someone to make their mark on the kitchen in this premium location.
