Job description: | I am looking for an experienced Head Chef for a well known 3 AA Rosette Hotel in Lochaber. You will be responsible for running the kitchen including all rotas, training of junior kitchen members, ordering, stock control and HACCP. You will have at least 3 years experience at head chef level and have 2 - 3 rosette experience. Working for a company that has establishments all over the world so excellent scope for career progression. Serving excellent quality local produce that the west coast has to offer. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
