Job description:

I am recruiting for a busy high-end bar and restaurant situated in Edinburgh city centre.

Looking for a head chef who can take over the day-to-day responsibility of the kitchen including health, safety and hygiene, rotas, ordering, menu planning and stock control.

Looking for someone who has a real passion for good quality, fresh food.

Ideally you will have some volume experience.

Very trendy venue with a tequila and cocktail bar and live music on a Saturday night.
