Job description: | I am looking for a chef manager for an outdoor adventure centre situated in Northumberland, just 7 miles from the Scottish Border. Looking for a chef who can manage a small team while providing a quality catering service to the guests, staff and visitors of the centre. This is a hands on position where you will also be responsible for the ordering, preparation, cooking and service of food. You will be working to a pre-set budget so you must ensure that efficient and economic use is made of all resources. You must have good knowledge of dietary needs. Working in a nice friendly working environment with a good stable team in place. There is a good budget for training available. Closed over Christmas and New Year period and paid during this time off. Would suit someone looking for a good work life balance as usually finish by 7.30pm.
