Salary:£24,000 per annum ,paid monthly with a £2000 bonus when GP is met and health and hygiene standards are maintained.
Duration:Permanent
Hours:44 hours per week
Days:5 days per week, mixture of shifts.
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:30 bedrooms, currently adding 12 new bedrooms to the property
Covers:Lunch: 30 to 50; Dinner: dinners up to 50; Breakfast: up to 50; Functions: Functions to 65
Food type:Fresh bar and functions
Full-time chefs:4 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:live out
Job description:

The Moorings Hotel in Motherwell is a 30 bedroom 3 star hotel part of the world wide company 'Best Western'.

You will be responsible for running the kitchen, ensuring all health and hygiene standards are met. Ensuring that our standards for food are met at all times and delegating tasks to junior members of the team.

You will be in charge of stock and wage control.

You will receive discount on hotels worldwide.
