Salary:£14 per hour negotiable paid weekly plus tips.
Hours:40 - 50 hours
Days:5 days a week - 2 days off together
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Covers:Lunch: Up to 20; Dinner: 10-40; Breakfast: 16; Functions: occasional
Food type:Traditional Scottish pub food using all fresh local produce
Full-time chefs:Sole plus kitchen porter
Accommodation:Live-in accommodation is available - own ensuite room onsite includes all bills including Wi-Fi
Job description:

I am recruiting for a small hotel situated in rural Perthshire.

Looking for a chef to join a stable and well established business who can have autonomy in the kitchen and input into menus. Looking for someone who can develop the restaurant and build a reputation.

This is a good opportunity for someone to make a name for themselves using fresh, local produce within a 50 mile radius. We are looking for someone who can come in and put their stamp on the business.

You will have full control of the kitchen including health, safety, hygiene, ordering and stock control.

Ideally you will be able to build a good reputation with the local suppliers. The hotel has a Green Tourism Award.

Suit someone who likes the outdoors including fishing, golfing, hiking and outdoor pursuits.
