Job description: | I am recruiting a head chef for a community owned pub which is situated in the Trossach's National Park. 10 minutes from Aberfoyle and half an hour from Stirling. With a Scottish land fund grant and over 200 local people joining together this historic property is under community ownership. Looking for a chef who can prepare quality food with a simple menu and specials including home-baking and afternoon teas. You will be passionate about what you do and working alongside a friendly village who are proud of what they have achieved. This would suit a couple as we are also looking for someone to head up the bar and restaurant also. Or would consider two individuals. This position is available from the beginning of September but happy to wait for the right people. |
