Award-winning bar and bistro on the Shore in Leith looking for a passionate chef specialising in fresh locally sourced Scottish produce.

Assisting with menu writing, all aspects of food safety, hygiene. and kitchen management.

Working to good profitable margins.

Trading for over 12 years working with good progressive and supportive owners.
