Job description: | Chefs In Scotland is recruiting for a 5 star luxury country house hotel situated in the highlands, 1 hour north of Inverness, in a small town with beautiful beaches and scenery. Looking for a sous chef who can take responsibility for the kitchen during the head chefs time off. 2020 sees the introduction of a more relaxed level of comfortable luxury at the hotel. The ideal candidate will have a extensive experience within 5 star establishments and a track record of successfully delivering concepts and events. You will be working closely alongside the head chef and restaurant manager and to deliver the entire restaurant experience. You will have input into menus so its essential that you are innovative and creative with your ideas and have a passion for food. This will be an exciting challenge for any chef who is looking to progress and develop in their career in the coming years. This position is available from the beginning of December and closing date for applications is 8th November. |
