Job description: | The Broughton is a brand new venture in Edinburgh which is opening next month. We are looking for sous chef to join our team. Ideally you will have some good quality restaurant experience in rosettes. Working in a brand new kitchen with induction and all the latest technology. Very experienced, independent and reputable owners. You will have a stable background. This position is available now for the right person. |
