Job description: | Playfair’s Restaurant is looking for an experienced sous chef to join our small team. We are a small family run business which focuses on seasonal and local produce, creating exciting and modern Scottish dishes. You will have impeccable time keeping and standards, be flexible, adaptable, and have a strong passion and flair for local and seasonal food. Restaurant is closed Monday and Tuesday We work straight shifts Wednesday through to Sunday (although this may vary throughout seasons depending on levels of business). This includes a lunch and dinner service. Job type: Full time Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 Experience in 1 rosette kitchens at a supervisory level is preferred however all candidate applications welcome. |
