Job description:

The Tontine Hotel is a privately owned and run hotel in the heart of Peebles.

This Beautiful Borders town is situated 23 miles from Edinburgh and is a lovely location.

You will work alongside and cover for the Head Chef on time off.

Scope for input into menus and helping with all aspects of a busy kitchen including cooking, health and hygiene, ordering.

Great amenities with plenty to do on time off such as Mountain Bike centre at Glentress 2 miles with local authority Gym and Swimming Pool within 5 min walk from Staff accom.

Lovely rural setting close to Edinburgh.

May suit a single chef or a couple.
