Job description: | Porterhouse is our renowned steakhouse and restaurant, based at Thainstone, Inverurie, in the heart of Aberdeenshire, and 20 minutes from Aberdeen city centre. At Porterhouse, we pride ourselves on offering an authentic field-to-fork experience, creating delicious dishes using only the finest of locally-sourced meat and produce, carefully prepared in our award-winning kitchen. An excellent, and exciting opportunity has become available and we are looking for an experienced Sous Chef with a passion to constantly deliver high quality produce and to train and motivate junior team member. Applicants must have a proven track record as a Sous Chef (minimum 3 year), have excellent communication skills and experience in all areas of the kitchen. |
