Salary:£25,000 per annum pro rata paid fortnightly - shared tips.
Duration:Permanent
Hours:40 - 45 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7, straight shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:36
Covers:Lunch: to 50; Dinner: to 50; Breakfast: to 70; Functions: to 150
Food type:Quality gastro pub and high quality restaurant
Full-time chefs:3 chefs plus 3 kitchen porters
Accommodation:accommodation available would prefer live out
Job description:

Best Western Scores Hotel, St Andrews is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team.

You will be expected to deputise for the Head Chef in his absence and must have experience at least at Junior Sous level.

Key Responsibilities will be – kitchen cleanliness and food standards
Run service to a high order
Ordering
Being able to teach and mentor less experienced members of the team
Input into new menus and daily specials

This position is available from 3rd May to September
