Salary:up to £30,000 per annum - paid monthly - shared tips - overtime for hours work over 40 (time back)

Days:5 days from 7 - various straight shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:9 Lodges opening in July (up to 200 covers over the day)
Covers:Functions: Function suite being extended to allow up to 120 guests
Food type:Honest - Classic - Modern - Scottish - Seafood
Full-time chefs:5 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Live out - can help source if looking to relocate - on main bus route
Job description:

The Whitekirk Hill is a sensational leisure destination just 4 miles from North Berwick and 28 miles from Edinburgh.

Facilities available are The Orangery & Walled Terraced Garden, Spa, Play for the children, 9 Luxury eco friendly lodges will be available from July 2021.

We are looking for a Sous Chef with good quality and volume experience.

You will join a young enthusiastic team with lots of energy.

A family run business.

Lots of scope for menus.

You will provide support and cover for the head chef on time off and holidays
