Job description: | CHEF DE PARTIE OR JUNIOR SOUS Douneside House is a really special place. Set in stunning surroundings in Royal Deeside, Douneside is the AA’s Hotel of the Year Scotland 2017/18 and has been awarded 3 AA Rosettes since 2016. Douneside is owned by The Macrobert Trust, a charitable Trust which exists to preserve the Trust’s estate (including Douneside House) and all profits are either reinvested into the estate or donated to charity. This means our objectives and ethos are very unique. We believe that great hospitality starts with a great team. You’ll be joining a really passionate team that all work together to achieve our goals. We are looking for a full time Chef de partie or Junior Sous to join our team. Ideally you'll have a rosette background and have spent a good amount of time in your previous roles. You'll want to work with the finest ingredients and produce and have a love of fine dining. Excellent further training and support is provided. This is a permanent all year round position. |
