Job description:

Altskeith is a stunning Scottish country house set within scenic landscapes in the Trossachs National Park, 1 hours drive from Glasgow and outskirts of Edinburgh. Situated only three miles from Aberfoyle.
We are looking for an experienced chef to join our small team.
Catering for a range of weddings as well as 22 residential guests for bed and breakfast and evening meals.
You will be motivated and have previous experience as a Sous Chef and a great team player.
Full time position for a busy season. You will be responsible for catering to up to 100 guests for functions and up to 22 guests for overnight stays.

We offer a unique wedding meal with a range of hot and cold smoked foods and bbq options.

We also have a well stocked kitchen with Rationale, thermomix, paco jet, hot and cold smokers, 3 metre bbq.

Starting June 2021 until at least October 2021. Fixed term contract or casual position to suit.
