Job description:

The Summer Isles Hotel is renowned as an oasis of civilisation tucked away in the vast, natural and ruggedly beautiful landscape of the Western Scottish Highlands. The hotel is a favourite destination for food lovers, outdoor adventurers and for those looking for peace, tranquillity and fresh air.

As Sous chef, you will work very closely with our head chef and you will be a key member of the team here at the hotel.

This is an exciting opportunity to harness and develop your current skills and food knowledge (particularly seafood) whilst working within a vibrant and focused kitchen environment.

You are passionate about food and have a strong desire to develop your career and enhance your knowledge and skills.
