Salary:£18 per hour, paid monthly with weekly advances net of tax and NI.

Days:5 days out of 7 mixture of shifts.

Job description:

I am looking for a relief Sous Chef for a hotel in Ballater,
Ideal start would be 27th May until the 27th June.
Serving High end Gastro for up to 40 lunches and 40 dinners
Working hours will be 40 hours per week over 5 days, mixture of shifts – closed Monday and Tuesday.
Brigade of 2 chefs plus a kitchen porter.
The gross hourly rate is £18 per hour, paid weekly net of tax and NI.

Accommodation is available in the local hostel, meals on duty.
You will be paid return travelling expenses subject to you completing the agreed work stint.
