Covers:Lunch: up to 20 covers, we cater for afternoon teas; Dinner: 20-50; Breakfast: Up to 50; Functions: Weddings up to 100
Food type:2AA - all local produce using modern techniques and foraging
Full-time chefs:6 + Kitchen Porters
Accommodation:Own room in staff house with TV and Wi-Fi - cost negotiable
Job description:

Langley Castle is a 28 bedroom 2AA Rosette Hotel situated near Haydon Bridge.

A beautiful 14th Century building just 34 miles from Carlisle and 30 miles from Newcastle.

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our team.

You will support and deputise for the head chef on days off.

You will get excellent opportunities to use good quality produce in this region. You will be creative and have input in to menus.

This is a nice place to live and work with a team who are constantly striving for more.
